Malibu boat factory warranty

Has anyone had any problems with the gel coat bubbling off or cracking on their Malibu. I have a 2018 Malibu and it seems the gel goat bubbled off about 2 inch's wide. This should be covered by Malibu's 5 year warranty right? I am the original owner, garage kept with only 50 hours.

The warranty only covers gel issues for the first year after purchase but for something like that I’d be talking to your dealer to see if they can help get it covered.

Spider cracks are normal - if unwelcme; bubbling is not.  There is osmotic blistering, but that would be below the waterline.

That looks bad. Surely they can help get that fixed on 2 year old boat. Did it bubble or was there just a void in that area?

Thats an air void. 

Malibu will take care if it, Ive never had issues getting Air voids taken care of even if its 3yrs past the 1yr gel warranty.

Yep, air void, Malibu is covering it. Excellent response from Adam from Malibu. Service department is working on scheduling the repair.
