Is 1994 Malibu Euro F3 Mystere the same as Ski West Boats Quantum 2100 BR?

Hello Malibu Crew, 

I’m new here and need some advice as I’m looking to buy my first Malibu (I think). I’m currently looking at a 1994 Malibu Euro F3. It’s actually branded as a Ski West Boats Quantum 2100 BR, but the current owners say it was built by Malibu. Can anyone confirm this? All the gauges say Malibu. I’ve done some research and I can’t find much about Ski West Boats but it seems that was a sub-brand of Malibu’s for a short time? The sellers say that it is the same as a Euro F3, and from the pictures I’ve researched it looks to be the Mystere 215 LX. If anyone knows much about the relationship between the two brands I’d appreciate knowing a little more about it.
 

I’m in love with this boat and it appears to be in good condition for the year and a solid price - They're asking $8,400. We are wanting a boat we can slalom behind but have a little more room for friends than a closed bow.
