It’s a 515 on there now.  Any reason to try something different?  I see wake makers has 515s under $400.  I’m not sure it’s worth it to even take my prop to get it repaired at that price but I will make some calls in the morning 

PropMD would be much less than that for a repair.  Otherwise, @jgouveia3 has one he's looking to part with.

I replaced with a new 515 and got it back in the water last weekend.  I've now pulled my ski crew on 2 days this past week.  Low speed vibration is completely gone and hole shot has improved tremendously.  Comments from my Mastercraft diehards that they can't believe how good the wake is on such a big boat, lol.  So apparently, I'm allowed back in the driving rotation.

That's awesome!  Glad to hear it's working out.  You ended up with a really sweet rig!
