I have a 2019 23 LSV and the ballasts wont fill on the main screen it shows the spinning pumps on each ballasts but the pumps wont turn on Valves are open checked power but have no power also checked fuses under the dash and they are all good as well any thoughts on this????

Did you check the actual electrical pump connection in the front bilge access. It can typically look like an electricians nightmare in there and maybe something got disconnected some how.
