2006 Malibu wakesetter 247LSV. Who knows where to get a replacement quick?  Anyone ?  Also could someone give me measurements of it?  I’m dead in the water   Damn covid has my dealer closed. Please help

If you really need a quick one, make it out of plywood and seal it. You have the brackets. In 24hrs you could use it. Actually in about an 1hr if you don't want to seal it.

Get some trex decking and get out on the water

Trex weighs a ton though.  Way more than my teak platform for sure.

Had to do this years ago, kept us on the water while waiting for TeakWorld to build a replacement.

Its a good thing you have the brackets.

I meant to say, "I have a spare teak deck off of a 2001 Wakesetter".

Thanks. I’m in the process of getting something fabricated out of PHX. Need the Malibu rubber mat next to go over it

Don't waste effort on the rubber mat. Switch to sea dek or gatorstep, you will like it much better.

The teak platform from the '01 listed above should be a direct fit if you wanted to go that route.

Although IIRC there was a guy making carbon fiber platforms.  Perfect for slalaom tractors.

That's @Woodski.  He's done a bunch of carbon fiber bits and lightened up his engine a bunch on his Echelon.  His wakes are non-existent.

Correct, I made a carbon fiber platform with a corecell core.  Super stiff and very light - 8 lbs for platform, 11 lbs complete with brackets.

Good source for materials:  US Composites, Jamestown Distributors.

If you are looking for a Malibu platform, give Great Lakes Skipper a try, hit and miss but you may get lucky.

I’m working with some now on possibly fabricating something close to size. I have the brackets because they seperated from the platform. The brackets were still pinned in. I need to find the rubber matting. Any good sources for that?   Thanks all

google or ebay search:  Marine EVA Foam

This is essentially what SeaDek and Gatorstep is using.  To cut cost down, you can get sheets of this online and cut it to size of your fabricated swim platform.  However, if you want it laser etched and cut to exact with some sort of custom logo, you can always pay the extra and go with companies like SeaDek or Gatorstep.  I have heard that some of the cheaper EVA Foam has a bit more additive of plastic (if I recall) in the product and some colors can get hot on the feet quick.
