Help!! Boat is in limp mode and throwing a spn:51 code!

I have a 2009 247 LSV and last weekend it was throwing a error code spn:3256 which was the o2 sensor. Changed them out and the code went away but now I have another code putting me in limp mode spn:51 fmi:7. Which from what I understand is the tps sensor. So I changed that out yesterday and the code is still there and tried clearing it and it came back. One thing I noticed was that on the dash where it shows throttle position it only goes down to about 10% and goes up to 90%. Kinda at a loss now any suggestions?
