When should we remove shrinkwrap in the spring?

We live near Sacramento California and had our boat shrinkwrapped for the winter. We are having warmer days, in the 70's, but we will most likely get more rain and temps in the low 60's for about another month. Should we unwrap now or leave it on a while longer?

I unwrap as soon as possible and have been told to do so by my dealer.  If you leave it too long you will start to see mold and mildew build up on the tower and such.  I unwrapped early April last year and had some which led to more cleaning.  Unwrapped mid March this year and my boat looked brand new
