WakeMakers Bow Ballast Not Draining

I just purchased a 2019 Axis A22 and installed the WakeMakers Plug & Play ballast system.  Everything appears to be working fine but my bow bag does not drain.  When I select the drain option for the bow I don't hear any noise like a pump running the same way I do when I drain the rear bags.  I am new to the automated ballast systems so not sure if it is supposed to drain to the center/rear tanks or if it is independent.  Any help is appreciated.

You should be able to pop the center access hatch and see (or feel around for) all 4 pumps.  Each tank will have a fill and drain pump.  Cycle each tank to fill and drain to identify which pump goes to what.  Once you understand which pump is which, turn on the drain tank in question.  If the pump doesnt turn on, try connecting that pump to another pumps wires.  This will tell you if its the pump or a wiring issue.  if the pump dies turn on and its still not draining, try turning it on/off a couple times and see if that helps.  This is something i have to do for my bow tank.  I believe it has to do with the drain pump not being primed with water.

Quick update.  I testing the pump plugged into one of the other pump electrical and it works fine. The pump isn't turning on.  I checked the fuse and it is blown.  Replaced the fuse and it powered up but then immediately blew the fuse again.  Any ideas where there may be a short?  I was thinking about pulling the switches apart to check the connections.
