225/45R18 Trailer wheels

The 15 year old chrome trailer wheels are showing a little rust and one is a bit bent so looking to replace. Am thinking of replacing the 205/75r14 with 225/45r18 on 18x7 rims. Trying to maintain 26" tire diameter and reduce sidewall height for less bounce gong down the highway. I'm thinking this size wont need the wider fenders and that hassle. Most are running the 245/45r18 setup but seems like overkill with higher cost and fender replacement. Anyone running the 225/45r18 setup?

Have you found any tires with an acceptable load rating in that size?

I went the wider fenders and 255 width route.
