Just found www.bigairwaketowers.com and they have a 3" clamp or mount that fits the 3.5 tower.  FYI if anyone is looking.  They have a 30% off code on their site currently, so it really help me make the decision to buy one as they aren't cheap.  No one yelling, "who has the flag anymore"!

I bought one last year and mounted it right next to the rope connection on the tower so both that, and the flag goes through the hole same in the bimini. They are very well made and worth it to me. I used mine all last season and it did not budge at all with a 3X5 flag flying.
