Illusion X Tower with swivel mounted Westounds Rev 10s?

Anyone successfully mount a pair of rev 10s (swivel mounted) onto an Illusion X tower?  Can I just use remove the "U" clamp and mount with the direct flat hardware they provide with the swivel mounted speakers? 

I just want one pair of rev 10s that can swivel up about 10/15 degrees when pulling a boarder.

Pictures/links would be helpful please.
