FatSac bow ballast bag for a 2019 A22

Has anyone ever heard of a '19 A22 owner putting the 655lb FatSac bow bag in their '19 A22? I think that bag can also go in a 2018 T22 and a 2019 T23 (along with a bunch of 2020 models accdg to website). I'm curious if it fits well and the fittings work with the existing pnp plumbing...and whether or not the cushions get pushed up? I currently have the Wakemakers 440lb bag and am potentially looking at adding more weight to the bow.

I have it in my boat. I didn't install it, but it's designed specifically for that model, so the plumbing works.

It does push up the seats. No idea what the actual capacity of the bag is, when restricted to the space. I run additional lead in my boat.

Interesting, thank you. The 440lb bag fits fine and barely pushes cushions up but I'd still like to have more bow weight without lead, if I can. Like you, I wonder how much the 655lb weighs when it starts pushing cushions up? I'd be fine if it had even 550 before it starts affecting cushions. Every little bit helps.

I'd be interested in this as well. I have the wakmakers 440# in my 2019 T23 and it pushes up cushions a bit. Wouldn't a 550 push the cushions up so much that they might fall out?? I ended up stashing 200# lead in the nose because my boat needs much more bow weight when surfing, especially with the 750s PNP in rear.

not really, as the pushing up should almost be the same based on size of opening it’s pushing through , can’t be much worse and since your acknowledging no one is sitting there already cause your cushion pops up now , who cares how much more it pushes up , Go bigger !
I have the950 mushroom in a 20 footer ( obviously doesn’t fill as much as an a22 or 24 before the walk thru windshield models),  I’ve learned to fill it less cause I was ruining the bag fittings on the stem at full capacity and actually spreading the windshield apart at the stem portion of bag, so I fill it to have some wrinkle left and moved two more 35 lead up front

never enough bow weight !

Yea, I don't see there being much difference in the cushions being pushed up. In all likelihood, the stated weight difference is probably just minor differences in size, and possibly the difference in how the bag is measured for volume. End of the day, it's a fairly limited space for weight, so you just have to utilize another option if really want additional weight.
