First off, nice work and vid. 

 

Id return that double wheel model and get the one with the wider single wheel.  Went through 2 sets of those wheels in 3 seasons, bad design that causes them to break at the hub. The single wheel is much beefier.

Welding on a factory painted custom color trailer , no bueno,  if you avoided welding that was a much better decision

I kept my old jack for storage purposes and just bolted on a plate for a better jack and one I could remove from the trailer for long term storage.
