New Screen / Computer Question

Hey Team,

I was wondering, is it possible to replace the 2015 screen/computer of my 2015 22VLX and upgrade it completely with the new 2020 Screen/Computer? Is that possible? Im sure it is ridiculously expensive, but I am just confirming if its even plausible.

Has anyone done this before?

I have been having pipe dreams about doing the same with my 2014.  And while I think your 2015 would be easier, its probably not in the cards.  It is an interesting discussion if you can reel in some of the technical crew to go through the what ifs though!

The 2020 Malibu uses totally different touch screens, control module, power modules (three actually) and wiring than the 2019 models.  I would say it would be almost impossible, or economically improbable, to install the 2020 touch screens on any previous model.  They are really completely and totally different than any previous model year.  I seriously doubt Malibu would be willing to sell them to anyone for a retro fit modification, even if they had extra ones, and Medallion probably can't due to contractual agreements with Malibu.
