Plastic Panel Replacment

Has anyone looked into replacing the plastic panels inside their boat?  I love my T23, but im less than impressed with the interior plastics.  Specifically, i dislike how flimsy the cockpit side panel as well as the main cabin side panels (with all the cupholders and speaker mount).  Has anyone had success making a mold and recreating them with fiberglass or even carbon fiber?  I would love to do carbon fiber.  I have searcheds the web for a "parts maker".  DexCraft looks like they can make them, but they require a 20 piece run per part.  I dont know if we can get 20 people to buy into this to get parts made.

Thoughts/ideas?

It depends on how serious you are about making replacement panels, you can use the existing panel as a buck for a mold or if a simple part simply do a layup and cut to fit.  Making your own panels is time consuming and messy.  I have made several carbon fiber parts for my boat although for a very different reason.
