Why? I’m curious.  You can’t do anything about what’s in front. That’s the driver’s job.  But on that boat no.  I could see under the Bimini surfing just fine. 

On my 2016 ‘bu the Bimini is the massive sight Block because of the length and a pitch of the boat. I don’t have much XP on Axis though.

I was curious about line of sight from the bow back to the surfer, for those sitting in the bow. Not sure if the view was impeded for this. I guess not.

Oh.... Not in my boat.  Windshield and people get in the way some.  But not the bimini.
