RGB Lighting on 24 MXZ using built in controller

Hi!

I am new around here so if there are similar threads please direct me to them (I couldn't find anything). I have a 2019 24 MXZ and am looking into installing some RGB lights. I saw the RGB tab on my control screen so I am wondering if it is possible to use this to control aftermarket lights. My boat did not come with the RGB lighting kit from Malibu. Below is the controller I am talking about.

Not sure as I never checked when I did mine, but XKGlow makes a great controller that operates via a phone app.  Very easy to use with plenty of options.  I installed a lighted push button switch near the the phone holder to turn them on/off.
