I have only been able to get 1 phone to pair so I have 9 open spots.  Pretty sure I do.

Hmm other then that I’m not sure what else to check. I’m not sure if the Bluetooth module is in the viper control or the black box but I’d guess it’s a bad module.

What version of BT on the phones?  It should not matter because IIRC every thing from 1.x and up should be backward compatible to 4+.  You never know...
