My dropbox links won't work

I'd like to think I'm relatively tech savvy but after multiple failed attempts at inserting Dropbox links to videos of my surf wave, the link just shows pink. Can anyone help with this? I even signed up as a Crewsupporter thinking that would help but all that does is allow me to post pics straight from iphone.

have you considered posting to vimeo/youtube/instagram instead?  all of those platforms will embed automatically when you cut and paste a link.

Read the instructions but still have no luck posting dropbox links. I have seen others do it but I can't. I don't want to take the time to upload to youtube/vimeo because it's just one more step. Here is my link to a failed 360 if it matters. Maybe just posting the link in the body does the trick??

OMG I am an idiot (no comment needed). The above worked where I can just post the link in the body and not have to attach the file. Sorry for any inconvenience; total newb here =/
