Any info would be great. We have a 2008 VLX and the center fill pump has stopped working ie: popping fuses immediately. I have looked everywhere I know to look and nobody has been able to tell me where the fill pump for the center tank is located. I just need to take it apart to see if something is lodged in there causing the fuses to blow or if I need to replace the pump itself.

Should be in the floor access panel to the left of the driver.  Typically there are 3 pumps in there, Bow Fill, Center Fill, and Center Drain.

The fill will have a hose that pumps into the top of the tank.  Less resistance to overcome.  

Center Drain is obvious. 

Turn on the bow tank fill (the one that works) and feel the two Fill Pumps.   The one that is vibrating/humming is the good Bow Fill.  The other Fill will be the Center Fill.
