The Dealer Difference

Lucky enough to find a lightly used ‘14 247LSV Texas Edition from Waterski America in Dallas.  After an amazing and easy purchase process we had a small issue with the wedge not responding.  We called on a Friday & had the head of mainentence out at the dock within 30 minutes to look at and eventually fix the issue.  Easily  and reasonably could have asked us to bring the boat in but took ownership and made sure we didn’t lose time on the water.   It’s hard to praise these guys enough but (Kit, Justin,  Rusty) are allover the process.  I’m a previous / current  MC direct drive ski / barefoot boat owner and look forward in participating in the forum / happy this can be my 1st post.

I have had a similar experience with the guys at Waterski America.  They are all awesome, and not because it is their JOB, but because they truly believe in the products they sell.  Customer for Life!

WSA is one of the best, welcome to the forum!  Not many dealerships have customer appreciation parties where everyone is treated like family and not just customers.  Always love going back to the dealership and just enjoying myself.  I'm also the buyer of a used boat from them and not only do they think of you as family but will introduce you to the prior owner of your boat.
