Help troubleshooting engine noise

Hi Everyone.

I could use a little help. Thanks in advance for any advice you have.

Here is the issue. 2015 22MXZ. I replaced 2 of my OEM Fosgate amps with 2 different brands of amps, wetsounds and infinity. I still have 1 fosgate amp left for the sub. I now have significant engine noise when connected to the malibu bluetooth input. I have no engine noise when connected to any of the other inputs: AM, FM, USB, fosgate bluetooth. From what I gave read this may be a ground loop because the VIPER II is not grounded to the same point as the amps and rfx 6000? Anyone know where the viper II is grounded, or if I am even on the right track? Thanks again for any help.

Are you sure its the R/F specific BT that plugs in vis a DIN cable or the viper BT that connects to the black box at the AUX in cables?

Is it all the full range speakers, powered by different amps?

Sorry if I didn't make that clear enough.

The noise is coming from the Viper Bluetooth that connects to the black box via the aux-in cables. The black box also has it's own bluetooth which plugs in via DIN cable, which does not have any noise. I would prefer to use the Viper bluetooth input so I can use the integrated functionality in the maliview system. Yes, when the stereo is on the "noisey" Viper bluetooth input, the noise is heard at all of the full range speakers in the boat and on the tower.
