At least you can get on if you want to.  US Forest Service closed the launch on the lake out here.  :(

I guess so.  Haven't really said but there are a bunch of confused and bummed boaters out here.

Weird. Not sure why they would close it.

Up here they are closing all sorts of areas as first responsders, and search and rescue are scaling way back.  Bummer for backcountry skiing!

Idk...I don’t mind being under the “100 degree rule”, but no dry suit makes it more difficult.

we plan to have piers/lifts in before 4/1 so I’m pretty sure there will be at least one set in March!

It’s supposed to rain, so I’ll most likely put in Monday. Hopefully it’s calm enough for a ski!!

@braindamage - drysuit and a flying dock start (barefoot) or just a dock start (ski), your setup is perfect for that.  Finish with a flying dismount on the beach, you won't even get your hair wet:-)

Hmmm...I like it! Pinging my ski buddy now.

Edit: nope...wind picked up suddenly to 10mph 😖

Maybe I am allowed to travel to your state, like you are allowed to travel to my state, but I can't travel within my state? ;)
