Bluetooth remote to attach to receiver

Is there a way to hook up a bluetooth remote to an in arm rest located head unit?  Not sure I want to get rid of the head unit completely just yet but kind of sick of dealing with changing the tracks on the phone or on the receiver, would just want something simple that does, mode and tracks really.  I have an EQ that does volume.  Also, I don't have any other spare RCAs on the EQ so not too sure how these hook up.

Anybody have any luck with something like this?

Ohhh, I certainly love the price!  So it works by just having the two devices hooked up to the phone and it just changes tracks on the phone?  Guess the only issue would be if the phone is locked or some crap..
