Need help with Exile EXBT4 not powering on...

I've got my system running off the mkll zone controller with the EXBT4 connected to that. The bluetooth was working fine until I powered it off. Went to power it on a little later and my phone was not connecting and I was not getting the blue light that comes on when powered on. Got the multimeter out later that evening and was getting 12.5V on both sides of the fuse. So I'm assuming it's the unit??? Any input or things to try would be greatly appreciated. I contacted Exile over the weekend but haven't heard anything back yet. Just thought I'd ask here to see if there would be anything to try.

Got it all taken care of. Got ahold of Brian @ Exile and he is sending a replacement out. Great customer service. Thanks for the help!
