Wedge sensor

When I drive my wedge sensor isn’t Accurate.  The waves / water jiggle it & it reads as being down though the light isn’t constant.  Anyone else had this & know a fix??

If the boat is the 2015 A22 then you have a small pressure switch up in the wedge assembly thats probably bent.

You can adjust the wedge pressure sensor up and down...likely not keeping proper pressure and needs to be adjusted a bit

The bending down of sensor tab/arm will fix issue but it will return eventually and the bending down again will fix it,  by the time you do this a 3rd time it's likely you have caused a water invasion with the multiple fixes and then the sensor gets replaced 

not telling you to not use the fix, just that once it starts it’s on a path that in less/more than one  year you will be replacing it but it’s an easy fix as the stub wires plug and play into the connector 

just took me awhile to get the side receiving the wires to release the old ones , that took a while , installing switch was 5 minutes

Good luck finding the Novotechnik RFC 4800 sensor from anyone but the dealer.  Has custom programming.

Bakes is a dealer and they are online , it’s where I got mine
