So @1107, I totally hijacked your thread today, but hopefully this discussion helps you out as well 😁

All good info.  I originally thought a light bow would put the rear of the boat in deeper and thus produce a larger wave.  But that causes the surf gate to drown.  I have 4x50 lead.  Need to play around with that.    I haven’t quite been able to achieve as long a wave as others.

Good stuff here though. My boat partner is heading out to your area August 6-12, so you might see it on the river.

Speaking of @1107, let's see some of your Oshkosh pics. Maybe start a separate off-topic thread?

Oshkosh was great.  Biggest crowd to date.  The night airshow and post fireworks was spectacular.  26E72947-4E09-4E65-AABC-8B5E4AD6C5D8.thumb.jpeg.6815818af5a2aefada80b844adcdcd4f.jpeg

Awesome! P-51 is my favorite plane. I just got current after 12 years away, and now I’m working on my commercial to really knock the rust off.

@gregtay, slightly off topic, but which lake are your pictures from?  Lake WA is never that blue. Sammamish?

A little list will still help your regular wave steepen up so try leaving that non-surf side rear at 25% less than the surf side during at least one of your runs.

I have an ‘18 23 LSV with 650 pound (too much/excessive) plug and play bags. When the dash says 50% on the rear does that mean just the hard tank is half full, the hard and plug and play is half full, or that corner is 50% total full with the hard tank being full?

Both should be roughly half full but the gauge isn't very precise.
