I am looking to swap out my rev 8's for some exile sxt9q's on my 2018 23 LSV. (we mainly surf)  Can i use the same amp? will i need to have it reprogrammed? If so who can do that? Or is there a cable i can buy to tune it myself?

You could swap the speakers, your issue is that wet sounds does not have a program for those speakers for the amp to be reprogrammed to.

No one outside of wet sounds has the program to write a new one either. Why not just swap to rev10's There is a program for that.

Durango, nice, I lived there for 15 years, amazing spot!  Let me know if you sell those rev8s, I'll be down there this weekend and would be interested in picking them up. :)

This, though I bet the amp in question isn't up to the REV10 task.  Otherwise, buy a different amp and keep that one on the shelf for a few years until someone cracks the programming for it, as they are pretty much worthless 2nd hand currently.
