Prop Advice

Recommended Posts

Anyone use a OJ 945? or an ACME 2315 on their Axis T 22? We've got a 2017 T 22 with a ACME 2249 right now. We are at 5,000 ft of elevation, mostly wakeboard, run full ballast with extra 675 pnp bags in the rear lockers and a 400 pnp bag under the bow seat, and typically ride with with 4-6 people. Seems like it takes a long time to get on plain when wakeboarding and am curious if anyone else in a high elevation area switched props and thought it was worth it.

Hi, got a 2019 A22, with a 15*12.5 high altitude prop, 550 pnp in each back locker, plus bow and center bags. With the wedge down and all ballast at 6000 ft. altitude in Lake Tahoe, I can barely get to 11 mph for surfing. totally drags, trying to see if there is another surf set up to have fun with, i.e. don't fill bags, different set ups, but the boat is a slug in the water at altitude, not sure what we can do as well. good luck!
