Indoor Climate Controlled Storage - Phoenix?

moving from Tucson early next year and looking for a good quality indoor storage facility.  I'm currently in a great one down here (or were), but they were just purchased by another company (inselfstorage) and are completely trying to screw their current customers with limiting access hours, new petty fees and costs, and oh yeah, if you decide you want to get to your boat on a Saturday, $75 same day pull out.

Having my boat parked inside with climate controlled has made my 2005 boat look still pretty new.

Anyway, ultimately, will build own RV storage on my own land, but for now, if anyone has good experience with any Phoenix facility, I would be appreciative of any comments or recommendations.

Phoenix metro is HUGE.  Whereabouts are you going to be living?

Indoor is huge.  Not sure about climate control though.  I actually love bringing my boat home wet and having it parked in a 100 degree garage.  Dries out in no time.

Ask my wife and she will tell you Arcadia, ask me and I will say I want land in Chandler/Gilbert...so, TBD.  We mostly go to Pleasant, but I am open to going wherever, as long as it is a good facility.
