Maybe this will help - I didn't remove the flooring in mine, so I'm not sure what panel you are referring to.

I can take photos tonight if you need more that what's in there.

I'm about to add the Wakemaker's piggy back system to my 2007 VLX and in preparation wanted to make sure I could access the rear fill pumps that their How-To video.  What I found was that unlike the 2008 VLX used in their video, in my 2007 the bump-out access part covering the pumps near the front of the rear storage didn't have screws on the top for easy removal and access.  Mine was attached to the rear floor from the underside of floor.  The removable top must have been an improvement in 2008.  I had to remove the entire rear floor panel to get to pumps.  To do this I had to remove 3 screws holding down the floor itself along the engine side, the channel guide for the storage/engine separator panel and also the rear seat support for the side you are trying to access.  Once I removed the screw and the seat support, I was able to slide the floor piece toward the front of the boat and move it enough for access.  I actually also removed the rear flip-up seat covering the transmission in order to totally take it out of the boat.

Here are a couple pictures of some of the screw locations:
