Pre-sets

Okay, dumb question. Bought used 2009 23 lsv and there is a “surf left” pre set that I toggled through and set with some new parameters based on my first time out trial and error.  The manual doesn’t explain HOW to activate that preset when in water.  I assume I toggle thru to preset prior to rider jumping in water to surf and then what button do I push to get the boat to react and follow preset??. I assume it’s like an auto pilot where you press a button and the boat gets up to the set speed with the set parameter (ballast, etc).

I have a 15 LSV. When I select surf left, I also have to activate. The setting starts to fill the ballasts, sets speed, sets wedge and activates the surf gate. It pumps a long time to fill ballast. I give it a little time before I jump in.
