Gas Leak

Recommended Posts

KeepingupwiththeJones

The fuel pressure fitting on top of my gas tank is loose and leaking. Is this suppose to be a pressurized connection? It’s definitely loose but I didn’t notice my boat running any different expect for the strong smell of gas collecting in the bilge that sloshed out from the connection. Is there a trick to removing it or can I just pop it off.

Thanks

Pressurized hose.

Need a fuel line removal tool to get it off.
