2001 Sporster LX center fin bent? Replacement?

I just purchased this boat in March. I have it on my lift and was inspecting it from below. This boat has 2 stabilizer fins in the middle of the boat. The leading edge of the front one is bent and shows a hairline crack at the base. I am assuming the bend is not factory.

However, even if the fin was not bent, they don't intentionally appear to line up in a straight line from the factory. Is that right?

I took the 4 bolts out that holds it to the hull. Is there anything on the inside of the hull that holds it on or is it just held in place with marine caulk and I will need to persuade it to move?

Where can you purchase one of these? Anyone have a part #?
