I have a 2001 Malibu Response LX with 5.7L Indmar Engine. I need to replace the Knock Sensor. The part number on the sensor is 1045612 . Is this all the info I need to order online.

I see there is another number 8301-21. Does this number mean anything? I see they have the part at Bakesonline.com 

Just wanted to make sure I can order using 1045612 . Can anybody please help??
