Center ballast pump

I have a 2002 wakesetter. My center ballast pump does not drain. When I turn on the fill the pump runs but when I turn on the drain it does not. Are there two pumps?  Where are they located?

I would imagine there are two...I have an 06....fill pump is back in engine area and drain is connected to tank.    On mine it is connected right at tank and if I pull my center cover I can see it.

Is your center tank soft?  

Mine is full now and all I see when I open the access panel is the top of the filled ballast.  I can’t remember if there is room for a pump towards front or back of ballast bag when it’s empty

No. sorry ....I have the hard tank.  Maybe ours are different as far as how they get and get rid of water?  I am sure someone with knowledge of your model will chime in soon.  I would imagine that the bag has a drain pump hooked to the bottom of it at one end or the other.  Being full would make it difficult to tell for sure.
