Engine clicking/misfiring

I put my boat (2017 21 VLX, 410 engine)in the water, fired it up and noticed a clicking. Last year I got a fault code that said “Oxygen B Fuel Trim High (Short-Term, Bank 1).” I believe the fix my dealer made was change the catalytic converter which was done over the winter. Dealer fixed it under my warranty. The error code I got today said “Emissions/Catalyst Damaging misfire Cyl 1.” Could this be related to what was done over the winter to my boat? This will get covered under my warranty, but still curious as to what needs to be done to fix it and how severe it is?
