Sub stopped working 2016 lsv

Good afternoon.  I took the boat out of storage and was getting it ready. I set the battery to 1 and was playing music. I put the boat in last night set the battery to 1&2, turned the stereo on and the sun wasn’t working. Everything else was on but the sub. Any ideas?

I have a 2016.  Before I went a different way with the stereo I had a recurring problem with the radio not sending the sub signal to the amp.  It happened when the radio was on, then I cranked the boat.  The music of course would be interrupted a bit by the boat cranking and when it came back it wouldn't have the base.  Or sometimes it would only have base and nothing else.  Turning the radio off, waiting a bit, then turning it back on and letting everything link back up would fix that.  Also, it was worse if the batteries hadn't been freshly charged or been sitting on a trickle charger.  Give them a good strong charge and pay attention to the music before and after cranking the engine.  See if there's any correlations.  Sorry that's all I have to offer.  

Next steps are checking connections, power, etc.
