2003 Monsoon 335 Oil, Filter, Fluids

Recommended Posts

Hey guys, I bought a 2003 response with the indmar monsoon 335 a couple weeks ago, and I want to get all new fluids in it for the season and give it a little tune up. I checked an online owners manual for the boat but it lists every motor for that year except for the 335. Id like to know what oil and filter to use, transmission fluid, fuel filter if necessary. I also have a small tear in the vinyl in one spot, are there any suggestions for vinyl repair applications that could take care of this? Any help would be appreciated, Thanks.

The "Monsoon 335" refers to the horsepower (marketing name) but it is a Chevy 350 cubic inch displacement engine, aka 5.7 liters.  In the engine manual it pretty much treats all 5.7L (350s) the same; you only have to figure out if it is Carb, TBI, or MPI.  I'm guessing it's MPI.

This.  It's the same engine as the prior Monsoon with an updated intake.  All fluid levels are the same as the '02 and '04 Monsoons.
