Under-Gunnel LED lighting

White LEDs went onto the existing interior lighting circuit, and then I ran another set of wires on an extra AUX switch for the red lights.

I used under truck lights for the gunnels.  I used a two part epoxy and glued some treated 3/4" plywood pieces into the gunnel, let them sit overnight and then screwed these into wood.  Rock solid, easy to wire and enabled the front tower lights to trigger on and off.  I have an app to change colors and they work with music.  Nice, simple and in-expensive lighting option that made a fun project.  https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07FVNCMWF/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o05_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

How so the aluminum channels mount?  Double sided tape?

I just used zip ties, connecting to the wiring loom running through the gunnel.
