DIY software update?

Recommended Posts

Have a 2015 22VLX and was wondering if it is possible to do the software updates without the dealer doing them? The closest dealer is 2 hours away and really trying to avoid that drive. Thanks in advance.

The dealer will either email you an update which you can put on a usb stick or like stated above they may just send you one out. Super easy to do.

Viper 2 software update is too large to email.

Will say V1 or V2 at the end. Those do not matter. What you see above does.

That's the same version I'm at.  So assuming you are up-to-date, I guess I'm good.  I figured there might be some updates, since it's 2019, but I'm not having any issues so I'm happy.
