Mid-2000s Wedge and Scarpa Plate Question

I'm shopping for a mid-2000s era Response LXi.   One of the boats on my radar has the Scarpa suppression plate.   While I dabble with barfooting, my family would benefit much more from the wedge.   Is the plate on the transom the same for the wedge and suppression plate?   The boat I'd be selling is a Response LX (with the wedge).   I would be really nice if it were as simple as swapping the wedge off RLX and putting it on the RLXi (and moving the scarpa plate over to the LX).

Thoughts?

Just fyi for future reference... The chrome plated Scarpa Transom plate I have on my 2006 RLX did NOT fit the nibral manual wedge I bought. The wedge arms were too wide.

I'm the boats second owner. Not sure what year the SSP was installed.

I'm trying to figure out what wedge I need now.
