Adding LED’s

I’d like to add some LED’s to maybe my tower speakers or something along those lines that could tie into my music. I have LED’s throughout the boat but thought it would be cool to have this feature.

I have an Exile setup XM7’s on the tower... I have the wetsounds EQ also.

Id like to do the most cost effective and quickest way to get some installed.

I’m open to any and all ideas... even installing them in other places. Maybe somewhere I haven’t already.

I used some thing like this a few years go on my first boat, it was my winter project, did the inside of the boat, and also around the speakers on the inside of the screen. I cut the length, soldered the wires, ran it to under the steering wheel, and connected the speaker sensor near one of my speakers. It ran great all summer long, no issues. Fun project, maybe $150 at most.
