No way man!  That's not what I meant.  Your stuff is great.  Let's not lose it.

OH I didn't take offense! Just didn't catch the thread!

Well, up to @Ronnie  If you want to merge it, go ahead.

I obviously didn't notice your thread, if that info isn't in there; feel free to pull it over.

I wondered if it might be worth an entire thread, but I would be interested to see predictions or observations of the current status of the inboard boat industry.  It would appear the stock market is predicting a lower profit for Malibu right now.  A very quick breeze through onlyinboards didn't seem to show much in the way of volumes or prices that seem out of the norm to me, but I haven't shopped used boats much lately.  Thoughts?

Think there's going to be a couple month lag before you see much in the way of adjustments to boat prices.

I agree with @UWSkier - I personally wouldn't be surprised if we saw 1 brand exit the industry in the next year due to the economic impacts.

It will lag but: demand will be down,  manf's have high fixed costs, unlikley to be bailed out like an airline - and individuals dumping boats will likely move the secondary market to the point where even those looking at adding a boat may be used instead of new (where the last few years it almost wasn't worth it)

Speaking of Mastercraft stock......this from Yahoo Finance: "MasterCraft Boat Holdings's earnings per share fell by 58% in the last twelve months". This is more than COVID-10 uncertainty. Not sure what it is but spooky.

look at mcft if u wanna see wrecked

tire fire....didn't realize it was that bad.  Still hard to understand their product line and how it all fits together.  They make stellar quality and looking boats, too.
