Good/fast 12 volt pump?

I just got this pump with a new (large) mat.  It seems to work well.  It has a low pressure pump for prefill and then switches to a positive displacement pump (at 2 psi?) and then stops when it reaches your pre-set PSI, capable of 20PSI.

I've got a cheap high-volume pump for the bulk fill and a bicycle style foot pump to get to the correct pressure. My SUPs, floating mat, and RIB/dinghy all top out at 2.5-3 PSI, so you don't need much pressure. The floating mat feels like concrete at 3 PSI so I usually leave it a bit lower. Make sure you have a pressure gauge so you don't have something explode on you!

Wound up ordering one.  In the spring I'll have to figure out how to run a power outlet back into one of the compartments for it.  Would like to be able to just hang the hose off the platform

@oldjeep FWIW I measured the power cord and it is ~ 9 feet long, so not sure if it will comfortably reach the lounge outlet.  I'm thinking same as you, I'll probably tap into the power going to the shower at the rear and put the power outlet nearby.

I'll have to take a look at it once the boat is uncovered, but my initial thought would be to pull power off the main connection at the engine and hardwire the pump using a fuse at the power source.

You could do something like a weatherpack connector to make it a quick disconnect.  Or a two-way trailer wire.

(obviously use the side with the positive terminal protected on the hot side of the circuit)

I may need one of these.  I usually leave the reef mat inflated, but if I had something this simple, it would be almost too easy not to use it.  Anyone got an idea on time to fill a reef mat?

Along those lines.  Something like this for the boat side
