Yeah but where I park my boat it is completely flat. I’m not worried about it rolling away. If it were on a 1 degree incline it’d be different

I would use it on the ramp when launching by myself as a backup for the vehicle parking brake.  But unfortunately it sounds like that is not an intended use because the description says “when unhitched.”

Hand (parking) brake is a requirement in the EU.
