Interior Cleaning

I recently had my new-to-me boat detailed. There are a few things that still don't look right to me and I wanted some suggestions. 

1) The black dashboard vinyl is looking grey and "dusty." What can I use to bring out the pop and shine again?

2) Brushed metal on dash where the phone holder is has some water spots that aren't coming out, also the brushed grab handles in the boat and the ones up by the battery switch cover all look like they have water spots or stains. Any ideas for those.

3) Last is the black buttons and joystick to the left of the phone holder. It's also faded and just "dirty" looking. Also the tower speakers have that same dirty look to them now that I think of it. 

They did a great job with the rest of the boat but being that sitting in the drivers seat, I see that joystick and phone holder and dash all the time, it's really bugging me.

sounds like they didn't do a very good job.........express your concerns to them and have it redone.
