Around here a 20 yard roll-off is $350, delivered and removed.  I'd get that on site, then I would work my way from one end to the other, cutting up the hull and throwing it in the roll-off one manageable chunk at a time and setting aside anything that is good (including the engine).  Then catalog and sell for cheap.  Put some new tires on the trailer, new guide cushions and a coat of paint.  There's $6k easy sitting there.

Sawzall, garbage can sized pieces and some patience.  Got rid of an entire truck like that years ago ;)

Took someone's advise from earlier and put it up on Craig's list yesterday.  It sold this morning.

Glad it worked out. A few years back I was partner on a houseboat that sank. Insurance did the same thing to us, paid us off and stuck us with the boat.

I was furious. Never had heard about that happening before.

Ended up working out as I sold the boat for $25000.

Amazing what people will pay good money for.

I am really happy that it's gone and it worked out well for the guy that bought it.  The plastic motor cover was a little melted but other than needing a new wiring harness and some rubber hoses, he got a 6.0L motor with 39 hours on it for cheap.
