Sawzall, garbage can sized pieces and some patience.  Got rid of an entire truck like that years ago

Or have the responsible party run the sawzall for you.  It's the least they can do.  Sad.

Put it on Craigslist for a grand or even free if you really want it gone.

Took someone's advise from earlier and put it up on Craig's list yesterday.  It sold this morning.

Glad it worked out. A few years back I was partner on a houseboat that sank. Insurance did the same thing to us, paid us off and stuck us with the boat. 

I was furious. Never had heard about that happening before. 

Ended up working out as I sold the boat for $25000. 

Amazing what people will pay good money for.

I am really happy that it's gone and it worked out well for the guy that bought it.  The plastic motor cover was a little melted but other than needing a new wiring harness and some rubber hoses, he got a 6.0L motor with 39 hours on it for cheap.

Well, I pick up my new boat in 9.5 hours if the weather cooperates.  I feel like a little kid on Christmas eve and I can't go to bed........
