Ive just purchased a used Xtreme 450 and am looking to see where people place it in the engine compartment? 

I’ve seen a few older threads in this board however the pictures are no longer showing...

Can someone who has had success using this heater post a photo or clear description of where they placed it?

I have a Davis 1000 in the center of the boat too...

...back to the heater... how far down were you able to place it? I realize they are different size units .

... and do you leave it in year round or unbolt for summer?
