Anyone have any creative ways to make sure all the water is out of my plug n play bags for storage?   no matter what I do even though there are 3 holes in them there's a little bit of water sloshing around.

We would have to pull mine once a week to avoid mildew , I lift and drain them into rear drain and then shop vac out the residual weekly from top spare vent just to keep the mildew reasonable  , I would worry more about sucking water from thru hull openings for drain and bilge lines (after draining sacs into tanks) with shop vac to avoid damage to those pumps from water in lines near pumps and water in pumps
